    This Opportunity

    WSP USA's Strategic Growth Team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our continued growth from Baltimore to Miami across all major infrastructure markets: Transportation, Property & Buildings, Energy, Earth & Environment, Water, Climate, Resiliency and Sustainability. The position allows for a hybrid work environment (in-office and WFH) and can be based near any of our major offices (Washington DC area, Baltimore, Virginia Beach, Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, or Miami).

    The Marketing Coordinator works with national and local leadership, subject matter experts, and regional marketing team to execute successful proposal, pursuit and marketing activities for projects throughout Florida.     Your Impact

    Under close supervision, assists other marketing professionals and manager in coordinating all aspects of preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Assists with managing marketing systems and budgets, maintaining all marketing collateral, and supports communications initiatives.

    • Supports the overall production of standard proposals/qualification and other marketing materials with general supervision

    • Researches, gathers and edits proposal materials, including writing, verifying, and formatting proposal information. Ensures the various aspects of proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner

    • Coordinates design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff

    • Supports technical staff in presentation phase of pursuit

    • May support client engagement by preparing materials for internal and external meetings and may participate in client engagement team meetings

    • May coordinate district communications activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for newsletters, and coordinating project awards and other special communications-related projects

    • Other duties as assigned

    Who You Are

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 1-3 years minimum experience

    • Experience in editing, proofing, and general layout

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills, knowledge of business development procedures and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    • Ability to handle several tasks, projects and monitor schedules

    • Must have knowledge of procedures necessary to coordinate a standard proposal from onset to conclusion
