The individual must have knowledge and experience working with Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop programs. This position requires 1-2 years of graphic design experience with at least 1-year experience in layout design, print production and/or web advertising. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be comfortable working independently, be able to prioritize and multi-task while meeting strict deadlines, and possesses the ability to coordinate projects between various departments, media reps, agents and vendors.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:+ Manage first response and disbursal of Marketing Dept catch-all email inbox.+ Customize and utilize branded templates for property brochures and postcards.+ Responsible for agent support; including strategy discussions, company tools training, custom projects, new agent onboarding, manager broker support.+ Ensure that all designed pieces and photos meet publication and quality specifications.+ Manage special projects as assigned.+ Coordinate all print and digital advertising reservations with agents and communicate directly with all various print publication reps.+ Manage agent charges and billing for advertising.+ Assist agents with internal marketing platforms.+ Manage office stationary inventory and orders.+ Internal reservation eblasts design and coordination.+ External Open House and community announcement eblasts design and coordination.Job Requirements:+ Bachelor's or equivalent degree required, preferably in design or marketing.+ One to three years of graphic design experience, with at least one year experience in layout design strategies and execution.
