The Marketing Specialist is responsible for greeting and qualifying guests at check-in and booking them for resort tour presentations and owner updates.
Greet, qualify and book guests for a resort tour presentation
Partner with resort front desk to receive arrival sheets
Distribute parking passes, area brochures and activity schedules to guests
Create welcome packages and welcome gifts for guests staying on property
Learn and execute a sales presentation provided by management
Meet and exceed job performance and production standards
Marketing Specialists in the state of Maryland are required to obtain (or be willing to obtain) a Maryland Real Estate License.
1-3 years sales experience and/or education preferred
Must be competitive and driven to succeed
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) a Maryland Real Estate License
