    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position supports content development and is expected to work independently with key leaders within the Research organization for the end-to-end development of key monthly collateral elements including: On-the-Radar, Speedometers Presentation & Video, Economic Perspectives Video, Market Perspectives Video, The Bottom Line Client Newsletters. Additionally, this role is responsible for coordinating 2 national webinars -one featuring CIO/CEO, and the other key leaders from Sales/PM teams. Selectively partners with Director of Marketing on key projects such as introduction of new content elements or channels. For example, whitepaper topics or launch of podcasts.

    Wealth Management Division: City National Rochdale

    As a member of City National Rochdale, the company's Wealth Management group, you will provide white-glove service focused on intelligently personalized portfolio management for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. For 30 years, City National Rochdale has helped clients achieve their goals, operating as a nimble, responsive, local boutique investment firm.


    • Develop content including coordination of production with key leaders. Oversee approval process/edits with compliance. Own distribution across key channels including ~~~, ~~~; ~~~; Social Media (Twitter, FB, LI, YouTube), and email distribution.

    • Use Adobe Experience Manager for posting to web properties. Use Salesforce and Pardot for creating email templates, selecting lists, and distributing content in emails. Use hearsay social media tool for posting across social media sites.

    • Prepare presentations and marketing materials.

    • Update client, advisor, and prospect contact information in CRM.

    • Update content on website.

    • Make edits to marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials.

    • Handle mass mailings.

    • Route materials to compliance and track approval.

    • Additional Marketing Activities.

    • Perform administrative and support tasks.



    • H.S. Diploma

    • 3 years of experience in financial services industry

    • 3 years Microsoft Office experience

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • Excellent writing and proofreading skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • Strong communications skills

    • Ability to multi-task time-sensitive projects

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, a plus but not required.

    • Working knowledge of financial terms a plus
