    Role Description:

    We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team in Nashville, TN. As a member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving our creative processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce captivating multimedia assets, including video, animation, and digital design. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders in our organization to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

    You will be responsible for concepts, high-quality designs, graphics, layouts for print, digital and interactive marketing materials that support a unified brand visual voice.

    This role offers a hybrid work schedule of 4 days a week onsite with 1 day remote.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and animate engaging video content for social media platforms, ads, and promotional campaigns.

    • Design and produce graphics for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

    • Edit and enhance videos, including color correction and audio adjustment, as well as adding visual effects, graphics, and animations.

    • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.

    • Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring that assets are easily accessible for future references and revisions.

    • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology and design techniques.

    • Collaborate with marketing managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to successfully conceptualize and create campaigns that support our brand and product.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.

    • 2+ years of relevant work experience.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and other similar tools.

    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Foundational understanding of composition, motion theory, animation, and design principles.

    • Strong attention to detail, timelines, delivery specifications, and established project workflows.

    • Ability to work independently on a project or collaboratively as a team player and able to integrate and communicate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideas.

    • Motivated to proactively learn new software.

    • Portfolio/demo reel showcasing previous animation, video editing, and graphic design work.

    • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

    • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in After Effects scripting

    • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D (or similar 3D applications) and interest in advancing 3D skills.

    • Familiarity with Google Earth Studio is a plus.

    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

    • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
