This position of Partner Marketing Senior Specialist requires an individual who is a self-starter, collaborative and results-oriented to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives with our consulting partners. This role is on the AMER Partner Marketing team supporting our strategic partner portfolio, and will work with key collaborators across Alliances, corporate marketing teams, and our Salesforce Partner ecosystem.
We're looking for a dynamic marketer who is passionate about partner success and pulls from a variety of marketing skills including creative thinking, hands-on execution, and project management. This is an individual contributor role that will work cross-functionally to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results.
Be an active and key member of the AMER Partner Marketing team, working closely with Alliances and our partners
Collaborate with teams across Industry Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and ABM to extend reach and drive partner impact into Salesforce
Support planning, creation and execution of marketing plans that drive engagement and pipeline, resulting in growth for our strategic partner portfolio
Support delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and events that explore new and creative tactics, mediums and venues inclusive of pipe gen campaigns; virtual and in-person experiences; account-based marketing; digital marketing; and other activities
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partner teams and external agencies to support execution of impactful campaigns on time and within budget
Support project management of multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Measure, optimize and report on program metrics to present results to key collaborators and Executive Leadership
Support operational excellence by defining processes and procedures that provide consistency to our ecosystem of partners
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years experience in marketing with an emphasis on campaign planning and execution
Dynamic, ambitious personality that works well with others
Highly meticulous with strong project management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver that can generate innovative marketing ideas and work collaboratively in a success-from-anywhere environment
Orchestrate, prioritize and manage project deliverables with other members of the partner marketing and corporate marketing organizations as needed
Analytical thinker with the ability to collect and use key data and insights to drive decisions
Degree in Marketing or related field required
Experience using Salesforce technology including reporting and analytics dashboards a plus
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $83,200. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits.
