    POSITION SUMMARY

    Do you love to push the boundaries of PowerPoint? Our internal agency is seeking a Presentation Designer and PowerPoint guru to join our enterprise team, reporting directly to the Creative Director, The Cigna Group. You will be a fundamental part of our team, delivering the vision of our executive team through innovative and smart design. To do this, you'll need to be passionate about utilizing the full creative potential of PowerPoint and be a conceptual thinker who brings content to life. All of this with a goal of delivering powerful presentations for corporate events, large cross-enterprise meetings, and executive communications.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Work closely with the leaders of the team to create presentations with compelling storylines and impactful visuals.

    • Apply your expertise in design thinking/principles/typography across presentation narratives.

    • Distill complex ideas, information, and data into designs and messages that are concise and engaging.

    • Demonstrate a curiosity to stay on top of emerging trends, best practices, and software advancements to continually improve our presentation designs.

    • Confidently articulate creative ideas within creative reviews.

    • Partner with stakeholders to craft the narrative, owning presentation design/layout/slide creation, incorporating feedback, while meeting high quality benchmarks and timeline expectations.

    • Quickly become an expert with regard to The Cigna Group, Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services robust offering of products and solutions

    • Act as a steward for our family of brands, responsible for maintaining consistency of visual identity across all presentations.

    IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL OFFER

    • 5+ years of experience in a design studio, advertising agency, in-house agency, or corporate communications.

    • A world-class portfolio that demonstrates a range of presentation design and information design, including the use of animation and multi-media content.

    • Technical expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

    • An impeccable visual aesthetic paired with a firm understanding of the fundamentals of design and brand (layout, hierarchy, typography, color and image selection)

    • You're well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle the pressure, deadlines, and agility of a fast-paced and demanding culture.

    • An enviable (almost to the point of being annoying) level of attention to detail when creating design assets.

    • An aptitude for earning trust and developing meaningful relationships.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams.

    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically and to distill complex ideas into simplified, tangible ideas.

    • A positive attitude with a "get-stuff-done" mindset.

    • Ability to work onsite from a Cigna office 50% of the time, as driven by the business

    If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

    For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,700 - 97,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

    This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
