    PRODUCT MARKETING CREATIVE - VIDEO AND GRAPHIC DESIGN

    The Product Marketing Creative will develop, manage, and deliver graphic design and video content to support product

    marketing initiatives and promote Oracle Construction & Engineering solutions, capabilities and successes across our

    internal and external audiences. As a key member of the product marketing creative team, you will collaborate with

    product marketing colleagues to develop internal and external content to support go-to-market for existing and new

    products. This is a creative role and requires discipline and project management skills to deliver end-to-end, day after

    day, week after week.

    What you can do:

    ? Deliver graphic design solutions for a variety of channels, presentations, videos, brand assets

    ? Take briefs and storyboard or translate ideas for team members

    ? Create script outlines and work with peers to bring videos to life

    ? Shoot and edit video, create animations and design elements that contribute to powerful video storytelling

    ? Translate complex concepts clearly and persuasively through visual media, across different channels, and for

    varying audiences

    ? Quickly learn about new technology products and concepts

    ? Solve problems and work past obstacles to tell great stories

    ? Learn and use Oracle's style guide in your work

    What we need you to do:

    ? In conjunction with the product marketing creative team, develop visual content that showcase our industry,

    audiences and solutions, to be used within internal and external channels including Confluence, Oracle Sales

    Central, Slack postings, Oracle Construction & Engineering website

    ? Conceptualize, create, and strengthen our product marketing campaigns and brand assets; presentations,

    illustrations, photography, videos

    ? Collaborate closely with our product marketing colleagues to understand our customers and ideate creative ways

    to tell our brand and product stories

    ? Develop and maintain a look and feel for visual assets in line with Oracle's style guide, and ensure a high level of

    brand consistency across channels

    ? Contribute to brainstorming exercises for product storytelling, product campaigns, events, and product marketing

    pages

    Expected qualities:

    ? Creative mind and storytelling skills

    ? Experience with design and video editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Adobe

    Premiere, Audition)

    ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ? Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as time management skills

    ? Ability to manage deadlines with colleagues and internal customers

    ? Excellent project management skills

    ? A portfolio of previous work

    Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

    As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

    Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are Colorado-specific.

    Colorado Pay Range: from $81,000 to $186,000 per annum eligible for bonus and equity.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
