  • Job Description

    Our client is currently seeking a Project Interior Designer to join their well established and growing healthcare practice in Orlando. This person will work on a 3-5 person project team, supporting multiple large healthcare systems in Florida. The will support a team of Architectural Designers, Project Architects, and a Project Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities include

    • Working in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketchup, Photoshop for both drafting and presentation.

    • Research and select colors, finishes, and materials as well as furniture specifications, finish boards, and binders.

    • Research and learn codes and technical information.

    • Builds and maintains relationships with clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors of Interior Design

    • 8 years of experience on interiors projects

    • NCIDQ (or plans to take the exam)

    • Strong communication skills

    • Ability to use sound and independent judgment.

    • Confident in sharing new ideas

    • Attention to detail and appreciation of creative and thoughtful design.

    *Qualified candidates must have a polished portfolio that represents their work well and the ability to speak about the projects in the portfolio, including what they did on these projects.

    Our client is known for modern design. Someone that likes post-modern is probably not the right fit.
