Job Summary

As a Retail Merchandising Manager, you will support the Avenue C Manager in the overall successful merchandising, refreshing, grand openings, inventory, and overall upkeep of multiple locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the job functions of the Route Driver position, when needed, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products, render services, and fill and maintain vending and related equipment

• Ensure compliance with local and national account standards

• Improve the customer retention and client experience at the point of sale

• Assess performance audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations)

• Assists with menu planning and ordering using company programs

• Complies with federal, state, local and health department regulations

• Follows guidelines when receiving, assembling and distributing food supplies

• Identifies and uses cleaning chemicals recommended by manufacturers

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience

• Route management, retail, and merchandising experience is preferred

• travel required to support various accounts in DE, MD, and NJ. Valid driver's license
