    The Global Brand Programs team is accountable for building Pega's brand awareness, influence, and engagement at scale through the development, execution and activation of stand-out content and experiences. Join us and be part of the creation of global initiatives that will grow mindshare and familiarity with Pega's brand.

    You'll support and drive a clearly defined brand program strategy that supports Pega's go-to-market objectives.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    Podcast Production

    • Lead role in the planning, management, execution and quality assurance of Pega's "Bold stories. Future focused." podcast

    • Conceive, propose and plan new episodes about digital transformation, technology trends, and other topics that are top of mind with business leaders

    • Collaborate with third party podcast vendor, project manager, internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and partners

    • Develop and execute marketing plan to drive audience acquisition

    • Measure and analyze podcast performance

    • Continually improve podcast strategy, process, and marketing

    Brand Program Support

    • Assist in the management of a global brand program with the goal of building Pega's brand awareness, influence, and engagement

    • Support the execution of multi-channel brand campaigns consisting of a mix of content, sponsorships, advertising and/or events

    • Collaborate with a diverse group of key internal and external stakeholders (subject matter experts, project managers, product marketing, content marketing, partner marketing, research firms, agencies etc.) from campaign ideation to asset production; from launch marketing strategy to campaign sunsetting/refresh

    • Responsible for monitoring, analysis and reporting of performance metrics over the lifetime of each campaign

    What You've Accomplished:

    • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in marketing, operations and/or program management

    • Project management skills and the ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and demanding timeframes

    • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels

    • Experience building relationships within a cross-functional team

    • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

    • Organized and detailed-oriented

    • Comfortable with data and basic quantitative analysis

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in enterprise software marketing a plus

    • Experience producing marketing content and assets end-to-end a plus

    • Experience in media planning a plus
