    The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our overall sales and marketing efforts by taking on responsibilities including producing proposals, qualifications, award submittals and presentation materials. You will assist with minor business development efforts implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials and conduct external research for local strategic plans and on pursuits as needed. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will create external and internal deliverables containing feature/benefits and other audience-centric content. You will mentor and provide feedback to less senior staff.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Meeting with Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives

    • Coordinating proposal needs with Creative Services and Technical Writers

    • Communicating with team members for project and client information

    • Attending internal Community Outreach meeting

    • Updating external brochures with project information in InDesign

    • Developing a layout for proposal in InDesign and inputting information

    • Interviewing project team members for value-added information to improve proposal response

    • Updating resumes and project

    Senior Marketing Coordinator Required Qualifications:

    • 4+ Years experience marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity

    • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline

    Annual Salary Ranges: 98,750 to 123,500
