Senior Technical Writer

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

Preferred Location: Mason, OH

The Senior Technical Writer is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to other technical writers. Organizes, develops, and documents business technical information, processes and procedures.

How you will make an impact:

• Works with a development team to evaluate documentation needs.

• Conducts interviews to gather information.

• Assists with design, development and editing of Internet related material.

• Gathers, writes, validates and updates training material, end-user documentation, operations manuals and technical user guides.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 4 years of technical writing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
