Senior Visual Designer

This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ

onsemi is seeking a multidisciplinary creative professional with strong skills and a passion for visual and spatial design across a range of various media. We routinely work on projects that include print and digital collateral, product displays, large format graphics, events, video, digital screens, advertising and our Intranet using the SharePoint platform in the semiconductor/technology space.

Ultimately, the candidate will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company and its brand through high-quality, engaging designs and graphic content.

Our group oversees onsemi's worldwide branding and internal communications to ensure the creative development and the consistent delivery of engaging communication. Working in a highly collaborative manner, a primary focus of the design team is to define the look and feel of all onsemi's branding imagery through experimentation, critical thinking and extraordinary attention to detail. This position is an integral member of our team creating innovative and compelling design work for all elements of onsemi's brand - from ideation to execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing work that inspires both current and potential customers, as well as the entire global employee population.

With an appreciation for your craft, you will dive deep into the details while understanding how your work contributes to bigger-picture objectives. You will be able to multi-task on design projects that require both conceptual and functional thinking with a tireless work ethic. And finally, react quickly to new information, opinions and direction to strategically pivot when necessary.
