    In this context, Service Modernization refers to a comprehensive suite of AI use cases that enable enterprises to serve and service its customers across various touchpoints by:

    • Having an acute understanding of each customer's service profile

    • Delivering superior service experiences proactively, preemptively and on-demand with an appreciation of the context, persona, and journey

    • Using machine learning algorithms to optimize and automate an enterprise's service operation

    Employing current and emerging technologies such as connected things, AR/VR, NLP for effective customer engagement.Senior Manager, Senior User Experience Designer Role

    Designs and develops wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate the presentation, consumption and experience aspects of the solution. Constructs various persona journeys.

    Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration Business Requirements Analyst and Functional Architect to design and prototype conceptual user interfaces for hybrid solution using the latest tools and technology that will deliver superior user experiences - both from a visual arts as well as from a user experience perspective.

    Responsibilities

    • Gathers and evaluates prototype requirements in collaboration with business requirements analyst and architects

    • Focuses on creating journeys for complex behavior of various actors (like customer, retail CMO, Store Manager) in an omni-channel environment

    • Illustrates design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

    • Designs graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

    • Builds page navigation buttons and search fields

    • Develops innovative ideas for user experience and clickable prototypes

    • Develops UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate an application look-and-feel

    • Creates original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

    • Prepares and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

    • Identifies and troubleshoots UX issues

    • Conducts layout adjustments based on user feedback

    • Adheres to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

    Skills

    • 12+ years of experience in User Experience Design

    • Experience in Design Thinking paradigm

    • Proficiency in tools like Axure, Figma, Adobe photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator or XD

    • Proven work experience as a UI/UX and Visual Arts Designer

    • Understanding of user flows and translation of customer experience into marketing campaigns

    • Portfolio of design projects for inspection would be an asset

    • Experience in domains like Retail, Banking and/or Health care

    • Strong typographic and digital experience and design capabilities required

    • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

    • Capacity to work independently, self-manage and work as part of a larger team

    • Good time-management skills

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 115,030 - $211,850
