We are an inhouse creative team, with an agency energy and we're looking for our next new Sr. Editor of Media Production.

    Overview of Position

    Our new Sr. Editor of Media Production will take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate, and channel-appropriate videos and webinars with a strong focus on storytelling, creativity, and maintaining the brand look and feel, and voice.

    You will also show off your talents in all aspects of video production-from requirements gathering to final review and delivery. Demonstrated expertise in all phases of video production and motion graphics (pre-production, production, and post-production) is essential. You will partner with our Senior Director of Creative and Design, lead the creative direction, manage the writing of scripts, organize logistics, deadlines, manage budgets, and communicate with the team and stakeholders each step of the way.

    This is a fun fast-paced environment where you can stretch your wings while partnering cross functionally with team members to deploy best-in-class media content expertly produced for improved brand perception, demand engagement, and customer retention.

    What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

    • Lead media production team creation of best-in-class live events, webinars, brand videos, customer stories, internal and external company announcements, social videos, product marketing videos, and recruiting videos, that align to stakeholder needs.

    • Develop and maintain vendor relationships with freelancer network (VO Artists, videographers, webinar hosts, and motion graphics specialists)

    • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to support content creation, activation and measurement requirements

    • Manage the publishing of video content to streaming platforms and monitor performance against KPIs

    • Manage video production process including scripting, storyboarding, project management, budgeting, and allocation of all resources for video shoots - planning, scouting, selecting, and sourcing talent, location, props, and equipment as needed for each shoot.

    • Lead the production of all demand webinars, coordinating with a cross functional team of subject matter experts, campaign managers, and segment marketers

    • Guide, inspire, and mentor a talented in-house and external team of video, webinar and motion graphic experts, developing ideas further and lead them to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work.

    • Review and approve all assets developed by the team, ensuring brand standards are exceeded and on-time deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.

    What are the requirements needed for this position?

    • Strong video editing skills are critical to this role

    • 8+ years of Editing, Media and Video Production experience

    • A digital portfolio showcasing YOUR experience building video and motion content demonstrating creative vision, excellence, and business acumen.

    • Previous experience guiding and working with our C-suite and executives

    • Strong track record of building and leading media production teams, with an ability to drive accountability and top-notch delivery through motivation, mentorship, and development.

    • Educational background rooted in broadcasting, television, or film, with exceptional Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere skills.

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills - the ability to communicate proactively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, and demonstrate a quality of work that exceeds expectations.

    What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

    • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.

    • Attention to detail and an aptitude for making quick, quality decisions.

    • Remaining calm under pressure and having a positive, can-do outlook is essential.

    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills are needed in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
