Develops and implements designs, layouts, and graphics for catalogs, newspaper, direct mail, and other collateral materials. Evaluates market research and tests results to position new design. Implements procedures to ensure continuity of brand identity throughout printed advertising material.
Bachelor's Degree or Graphic Arts School Degree.Minimum of five years retail graphic design, communications, or advertising experience.Comprehensive knowledge of print advertising and production, including pre-press and distribution.Creative and conceptual ability.Ability to multi task while working under production deadlines. Extensive knowledge of computer graphics programs.

Own projects that meet consumer, B2B and transactional program requirements
Lead all design stages - concept through production
Carry a constant workload of creating and maintaining multiple projects
Promote, adhere and maintain design templates, guidelines, best practices, and standards
Create wireframes and storyboards to communicate concepts, campaigns, and promotions
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams to assure creative alignment Requirements
Must provide portfolio of digital work
Background in high production environment - Print and Digital work
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign) on macOS
Attention to detail with pixel perfect design, solid production and typography skills
Ability to retouch photos and build collages from multiple product shots and view points
Mobile-first mentality with responsive layout experience
Knowledge of the latest HTML and CSS is a bonus
Ability to plan and implement brand and visual standards
Comfortable working with large groups
An understanding of UI and UX is a bonus
Strong communication skills
Obtain a great attitude towards problem solving
3+ years design experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
