    We are hiring a Sr. Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team!


    Are you an innovative, creative design professional looking to make an impact at a great company? As Sr. Multimedia Designer, you will develop and produce digital multi-media assets that will help us market our industry-leading Hot Spring® Spas and Caldera® Spas brands. In this role you will be focused on conceptualizing and producing a wide range of digital multimedia assets, including videos (regular and animated through the development of storyboards, video-shoot, editing), visual design of interactive web elements, 3D concepts, renderings and animations, and augmented reality applications.


    • Do you thrive on collaboration and ideation ? In partnership with the broader Marketing team, you will develop a consistent and scalable video production plan to produce a stream of videos that can be used on our web and social media properties. You will be responsible for collaborating on all aspects of this process from concept through completion, including storyboarding and all production/editing work.

    • Are you an agent of new? We'll look to you to stay on the cutting edge of continuously evolving 3D software technology and implement it to help improve the visualization of our products. You will also contribute to the evolution of our online and social digital brand identity (i.e. colors, layouts, spacing, visual hierarchies, iconography, etc.) in conjunction with our Web team.

    • Are you proficient in interactive multimedia design ? We'll rely on you to create, maintain and enhance our 3D product renderings, augmented reality applications and other interactive multimedia design efforts by working with the Web team to develop web animation, interaction and other digital user interaction interfaces (i.e. Interactive Social/Paid Ads, Digital Brochures etc.).

    • Can you lead digital multi-media projects ? Working within established brand guidelines, you will collaborate with the Web & UX, Customer Experience, and Search Engine Marketing and Analytics teams to develop assets for our various branded websites, paid and organic programs, and customer experience applications.


    • Bachelor's Degree in art with an emphasis on Multimedia Graphic Design or HCI (Human Computer Interaction), as well as a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in web, 3D, AR and other digital channels. A portfolio review is required.

    • Extensive knowledge of and experience in designing for the web, other digital channels (email, paid media, paid social), 3D/AR/VR rendering composition, and overall video strategy/ production work.

    • Mac proficiency is required.

    • Proficiency in advanced multimedia graphic/3D modeling, UI and video editing software including the following: Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additional UX and UI knowledge to inform design decisions as needed.

    • Premiere Pro and/or After Effects along with Keyshot (3D modeling with CAD files) expertise. Must also be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    • Working knowledge of JavaScript, ~~~, HTML and CSS a plus. Experience in asset optimization for Page Speed and naming conventions a plus.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.

    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
