Sr Performance Marketing Media Specialist

Job Description

This role focuses on the media buying strategy and execution across paid search, shopping, paid social, video, and display networks for both DTC and B2B initiatives.

This position requires strong platform-specific knowledge, including the ability to handle day-to-day management of campaigns, managing agency partners and experience growing internal digital marketing practices including strategies which spur growth.

A strong background in analytics and creative thinking are needed to effectively communicate the group's performance towards KPI's and provide insights from data and impactful strategies that transform.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage search, shopping, paid social media, display, video, and other campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, AvantLink, Rakuten, TikTok, etc.

• Drive innovative and growth focused channel-specific marketing strategies for the QuietKat brand

• Partner with internal stakeholders to support key product launches and promotions throughout the calendar year ensuring consistent messaging across all initiatives

• Work with internal and external creative teams to provide strategy on best-in-class performing ads across all relevant platforms

• Manage 1st-party data to craft targetable audiences in platforms across viable ad networks

• Manage affiliate programs through AvantLink and Rakuten

• Own and optimize SEO strategies and execution with internal and external partners

You have:

• 1-3 years of ecommerce-specific media buying and planning (search, shopping, social, video and display) experience with a brand or agency

• Highly technical background with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly

• Experience with data collection and analysis to impact media strategy and execution

• Experience with ROAS modeling and Data Studio or similar platforms

• Copywriting and advertising asset management

• SEO optimization and analysis platforms such as SEMRush or similar

Pay Range:

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
