    • ?This job is a member of the Inflight Dining and Services Team within the Inflight Division.

    • ?This position is responsible for the analysis and reporting on changes in Inflight Dining and Service products and equipment in addition to supporting the day-to-day needs of the catering operation.

    What you'll do

    • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to define all product requirements for Inflight catering equipment

    • Forecasts component volumes to support product changes and develops models to improve order accuracy

    • Performs cross functional and departmental analyses as needed

    • Manages the logistics and distribution of Inflight catering equipment to support daily/weekly/monthly caterer needs

    • Provides financial impact and scenario analysis on Inflight Dining and Service policy changes, product refreshes, or major redesigns

    • Collaborates with AA's Purchasing department to establish product and service bid requirements and timelines to ensure successful product launches

    • Makes recommendations to senior management on ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs associated to our Inflight Dining and Service programs

    • Ability to travel as required

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • ?Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

    • 3+ years of related experience

    • Knowledge of market / industry trends related to Inflight Dining and Service

    • Strong analysis and modeling skills

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • ?Master of Business Administration

    • Knowledge of Inflight Dining and Service operation

    • Previous vendor management experience

    • ?Strong results driven leader

    • Strong analytical and presentation skills

    • Strategic mindset with the ability to persuade and influence others while balancing multiple priorities simultaneously

    • Strong time management skills

    • Ability to proactively identify solutions to complex issues and influence appropriate stakeholders in decisions

    • Ability to become proficient with frequently used reporting tools and systems (e.g. AirVision Inflight, and other AirVision interphases and querying its databases)

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and MS Query
