Dean, Inc. are responsible for supporting the Company in responding to government and commercial Requests for Proposals as well as creating high-quality technical documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans, Master Planning Documents, Installation Design Plans, Training Plans, Maintenance Plans, and Test Plans.

Work Location: Tysons HQ Office, DC Customer Site
Bachelor's degree in related field with 0-2 years related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and function effectively as a member of a team
Adept at researching and authoring responsive, persuasive, and competitive proposal sections
Proven ability to write about complex subject matter targeting a non-expert audience
Excellent time management and organization skills
Adept at handling multiple simultaneous projects with strict deadlines
Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people who possess a variety of skills, experience and personalities.
