    • 10+ years relevant IT experience (Ideally someone w/Business Analysis or Product leadership background)

    • Strong Health Insurance/Benefits industry experience

    Experience navigating and handling highly sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA/PHI/PII

    • Experience owning large IT business initiatives - organizing work and communicating w/technical, business, and vendor resources.

    Ability to read & understand technical architectural diagrams/roadmaps

    Experience translating technical concepts/info to business stakeholders (high-visibility, main customer is the COO

    Prior experience owning and driving implementations/integrations to completion
