    Uses independent judgment to ensure information products are clear, effective, concise, and user-focused. Identifies technical, communication, and business problems that span multiple organizations, and formulates and drives solutions. Works with management to determine strategy and major initiatives. Drives strategic-level problems, projects, and programs to completion. Identifies and solves intra- and inter-organizational problems and develops strategies for solutions. Balances competing priorities. Understands corporate-level business issues that form the greater context of a project.

    We are seeking a team member who shares our passion for improving engineering K-12 education to help create the next-generation offering for engineering and technology education. We are looking for a curriculum manager to develop engineering technology curriculum and create digital course content that meets the needs of 21st-century learners, building content that is accurate, engaging, and relevant.

    Key requirements:

    • Demonstrated understanding of secondary school educator needs

    • Experience setting curriculum strategy and managing the curriculum development and instructional design of engineering and STEM-related curricula using a project-based learning pedagogy.

    • Ability to conceptualize and author content using modern multi-media and online publishing patterns and technologies.

    • Proven collaboration skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively work across organizations to achieve results.

    The salary range for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
