Kelly Services is seeking a Video Communications Specialist for a well-known health insurance provider in Chattanooga, TN.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
The Video Communications Specialist supports the development and implementation of communications programs via video and visual image media to help promote, position and protect the company's reputation among external stakeholders and ensure employee awareness and understanding of Enterprise-wide programs and strategic corporate initiatives.
Construct and deliver clear and compelling stories through video, photography and other digital media. Consistently deliver high-quality projects that achieve precise communications objectives and meet or exceed client expectations, as well as departmental and enterprise standards.\t
Create video concepts in collaboration with team partners\t
Assist in writing content outline and scripts\t
Develop detailed storyboarding\t
Operate and manage video equipment\t
Film, edit and produce videos and presentations\t
In partnership with team, ensure that client communication needs are sharply defined, successfully met, and managed with excellent service.\t
Effectively manage projects to ensure satisfactory completion and delivery within established deadlines at an appropriate cost.\t
Partner with the communication specialists and management team to design content that is structured and optimized for effective search, publication and distribution.\t
Collaborate with web and graphic designers (as well as vendors), who are responsible for visual presentation/ layout/production of all media.\t
Brainstorm with multiple client departments and teams to help define and represent the brand, develop appropriate content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.\t
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience.\t
3 years of experience as a professional videographer required\t
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\t
Excellent oral and written communication skills\t
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills\t
Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects\t
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability\t
Advanced knowledge of and experience with Mac Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software\t
Knowledge of digital animation techniques\t
Proven experience in the full video production lifecycle, from concepting to filming, editing and motion graphics
