Job Summary

Reporting to the Visual Manager, the Visual Associate provides solutions to store specific visual and merchandising challenges, following, and maintaining store standards. The Visual Associate adapts to visual direction based on store needs and inventory level and drives sales through strategic merchandise placement and compelling displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures execution of all floor sets moves, and visual presentation per store guidelines and directives.

• Knowledge of displaying product in a way that reads and speaks to the needs of the store.

• Excellent eye for detail and provide creative solutions.

• Superior organization skills to handle many pressing priorities within ease in a fast-paced environment.

• Completes floor sets and visual merchandising activities to store guidelines and standards.

• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Ability to take feedback and act when appropriate.

• Ability to work in a high ambiguity, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated excellent time management, organization skills and attention to detail ability to take feedback and act when appropriate.

• Able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays when needed.

Physical Demands

• Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.

• May require lifting/pushing/pulling or carrying 20-50lbs

• Repetitive hand/wrist/finger movements

• Limited sitting

• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
