    Location: Tallahassee, FL

    Position Type: Full-time, On-site

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO with administrative tasks while also taking charge of graphic design and marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational and creative skills, and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards their work.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Administrative Support to CEO:

    2. Manage CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

    3. Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO's trips.

    4. Assist with correspondence, emails, and phone calls as needed.

    5. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.

    6. Graphic Design:

    7. Create visually appealing flyers, brochures, and multipage program agendas.

    8. Design newsletters to be distributed internally and externally.

    9. Develop and layout an annual magazine of approximately 80 pages.

    10. Marketing Coordination:

    11. Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products/services.

    12. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and print marketing materials.

    13. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral.

    14. Event Support:

    15. Coordinate logistics for conferences, including occasional travel to Orlando, FL.

    16. Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all marketing materials are prepared and distributed on time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

    • Proven experience in graphic design and marketing coordination.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Willingness to occasionally travel for conferences.

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
