    • Pro-level writing and editing skills, excellent verbal communications skills, and detailed project management skills with an eye to messaging for a range of internal communication channels and audience types.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, experience in building consensus and driving collaboration by building positive relationships and using data.

    • Experience in employee communications strategy, implementation, and analytics

    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, engaging successfully at all levels of the organization.

    • Experience working in both program and project management, with exceptional skills in leading complex, cross-functional communications projects for global audiences.

    Description

    We are currently seeking an Internal Communications strategist to join our corporate communications team. This colleague will be responsible for developing, leading and executing communications plans and tactics across a range of corporate activities - including issues management and crisis response and management. Supports rapid response communications including unpredictable and fast-moving issues with tight deadlines. Draft robust internal communications plans and collateral to inform and engage global team members. Draft stories for internal company news sites, newsletter and video scripts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the company to gather information for news, announcements and events. Strong ability to drive action through collaboration, proactivity, and flexibility. Able to rally people and influence all levels to get things done. Strong capability to strategize and plan ahead, and a self-starter to provide great insights and ideas. Successfully manage change and ambiguity. Inherently curious and driven, you will always be eager to find a better way to do things and take things to the next level. You will work under demanding timelines and have a keen eye for detail, with an ability to finish projects to the highest level. You will excel at building relationships and strive for excellence in everything you do.

    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100.00 and $212,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
