    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for graphic design support for the education sectors of Compass Group. This includes designing and producing proposals as well as other collateral needed by sales, not limited to presentations, brochures, microsites, and digital documents. The right candidate will be very creative and have the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously while providing excellent customer service to our sales teams. Experience with the RFP process is a plus. This position is based in Charlotte, NC and is flexible between in-office and remote.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and produce sales proposals as well as supporting documents for the sales department

    • Foster excellent customer service with internal customers

    • Cultivate relationships with sales to facilitate smoother workflows

    • Monitor use of images according to legal and company guidelines to maintain the integrity of the images and the management of digital assets for distribution within the organization

    • Assist in maintaining and building asset libraries

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • 5+ years of graphic design experience

    • Strong graphic design skills

    • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)

    • Creative and adaptive

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Acute attention to detail

    • Solid project management and organizational capabilities

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven experience in high-volume, deadline-oriented environments
